Check out Shark Reef in Viti Levu. It is defiantly a once in a lifetime experience and bull sharks are easily spotted. Another great spot is Gotham City in Mamanuca Group, it has several reef species to see and great coral. For an aquarium like location with a rainbow of tropics head to Dreadlocks in Vanua Levu. It’s usually hard for experienced divers to decide where to go on there Fiji dive vacation. If you are planning to dive Fiji and embark to many Fiji Dive Sites look into purchasing a multi-dive package and you will typically save some money. These packages usually do not include equipment rental so if you plan on scuba diving in Fiji for several days it’s not a bad idea to bring your own gear, even if it means forgoing a suitcase and buying a few extra changes of cloths when you get to Fiji.

Taveuni has a dive spot called the Great White Wall that quite possibly is the best soft-coral dive in Fiji. Nigali Passage Shark Ally in Lomaiviti has well earned it’s name as sightings of grey sharks are very common and it also offers a stimulating drift dive experience. If you're into a more exhilarating drift dive experience, head toward Nasonisoni Passage in Vanua Levu. Split Rock in Kadavu offers a maze of canyons and tunnels to explore with great scenery.

Fiji is often called the soft coral capital of the world for obvious reasons, and also an experience of a lifetime. Typical Fiji scuba diving rates you can expect to pay are around $150 for an introductory dive. A two-tank scuba dive in Fiji is around $190 including equipment. An open water certification course will usually set you back about $820. No matter the situation there is not a shortage of great times to be had when you dive Fiji.
